Rules and Regulations
• Entries are limited and subject to the discretion of Peggy Sue’s All American Cruise. Entrants must be 18 years of age.
• You must pick-up your window sticker and shirt on Friday, June 7th at the packet pick-up. *You must show your driver's license, proof of your registration, and car insurance.
• All registered vehicles must carry proof of automobile liability insurance with minimum limits of $15,000/$30,000 bodily injury and $10,000 property damage. All registered vehicles must have current DMV registration.
• All registered vehicles will be issued a window sticker with an identification number for that vehicle. Vehicles must display window sticker on the passenger side of windshield at all times, cars without window stickers will not be allowed. Switching of window stickers from one vehicle to another is prohibited and will result in eviction from the event.
• Any vehicle found parked or driving in the cruise without the proper window sticker will be ticketed and evicted from the
cruise.
• The use of hydraulics (for safety reasons), open headers and unnecessary tire spins are prohibited during the cruise.
• No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted. Alcoholic beverages are also not permitted during the cruise.
• Glass containers are not permitted at any of the events.
• There will be no bicycles, scooters, roller blades, or skateboards allowed during or around any cars during any event.
• As a participant in Peggy Sue's Car Show and Cruise, on June 7th and 8th 2023, I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Peggy Sue's Car Show and Cruise and Peggy Sue’s All American Cruise and/or the City of Santa Rosa, California and/or any location within Sonoma County [herein referred as “Cruise Event”] from any and all claims, suits, actions, and legal proceedings filed or brought against the “Cruise Event,” for or on account of any loss, damage, delay or personal injury which may be related in any way to the “Cruise Event”.
•I will additionally permit the use of my name and pictures in broadcast, telecast, newspaper, brochures, flyers and etc.,
• Cars must be present and parked by 8:00AM on Saturday, June 8th, 2023 with Hood up to receive awards in trophy classes.
• All regulations, laws, and traffic laws of the City of Santa Rosa and Sonoma County, California will be strictly enforced.
